Arp 241 = UGC 9425 , also known as Segner's Wheel, is an interacting pair of galaxies in the constellation Bootes , which is around 468 million light years away from the Milky Way . Halton Arp organized his catalog of unusual galaxies into groups according to purely morphological criteria. This galaxy belongs to the class galaxies showing signs of splitting .
