Australian women's national hockey team
The Australian national hockey team for women is nicknamed Hockeyroos . The Australians won 3 Olympic gold medals (1988, 1996 and 2000) and were named Australia's Team of the Year five times.
Frank Murray has coached the Hockey Australia team since 2004, and Rechelle Hawkes is the top scorer with 200 goals.
Australia is currently number 2 in the world - and number 1 in the Oceania rankings.
