The B Grupa 2013/14 was the 65th season of the second highest Bulgarian football league. The season started on August 3, 2013 and ended on May 11, 2014.

Game mode

As in the previous season, the league consisted of 14 teams, each of which played against each other twice.

After the teams of Svetkawiza Targovishte, Spartak Pleven and FC Tschawdar Etropole had withdrawn for this season, there were a total of seven promoted this season.

The two first placed went straight to the A Grupa . The clubs in the last four places relegated to the third division . In the 2014/15 season , the league was increased by two places to 16 teams.
