The B Grupa 2010/11 was the 62nd season of the second highest Bulgarian football league.

24 teams were geographically divided into two groups. These played against each other three times.

The two masters went straight to the A Grupa . The third climber was determined among the second and third placed. In the third-class W Grupa, the last two teams from the north group, and the last three teams from the south group, apart from the excluded Spartak Plovdiv.

    Play-off

    First, the two runners-up from B Grupa competed against each other. The winner then played against the fourteenth of the A Grupa. Chernomorets Pomorie was denied the license so another game was arranged between the losers.
