The B Grupa 1975/76 was the 27th season of the second highest Bulgarian football league. It began on August 9, 1975 and ended on June 5, 1976.

The 40 teams were geographically divided into two groups. They competed against each other twice on 38 match days, divided into a first half and a second half. The two group winners were promoted to the A Grupa . Since the two relegated groups from A Grupa came to the north group, the last four clubs were relegated from this group and the last two teams from the south group.
