The B Grupa 2014/15 was the 66th season of the second highest Bulgarian football league. The season started on August 2, 2014 and ended on May 31, 2015.

Game mode

The number of teams was increased by two clubs from 14 to 16 compared to the previous year. Each team plays twice against each other team, once at home and once away. In the event of a tie, the direct comparison decides . The two first placed went straight to the A Grupa . The clubs in the last four places relegated to the third division .

Due to the change in the number of clubs in A Grupa for this season (from 14 to 12), four teams should be relegated to B Grupa. Since the clubs FK Neftochimik , FC Pirin Goze Deltschew and FC Ljubimez did not receive a license in 2007 , there was only one relegation to the B Grupa with Chernomorets Burgas .
