On laut.de , Laura Sprenger gave the record three out of five possible points and certified Samy Deluxe to be a well-thought-out album that occasionally had a few lyrical weaknesses. Above all, the personal songs were successful.

Dennis Knuspert from the website rap.de described the sound carrier as a “ rock solid rap album”. It is more personal and emotional than the previous albums and the sound is more soulful . Lyrically and technically there is nothing wrong with, but no song stands out particularly.

Republication

On October 21, 2016, the album was re-released as a special edition, including twelve additional songs. Four of these were taken from his YouTube series One Take Wonder and seven other songs are from the third season of the show Sing my Song - The Exchange Concert , in which Samy Deluxe took part. A music video for the title Rapsupamacht was released on October 20, 2016.
