  • The online magazine laut.de gave the album three out of a possible five points and criticized that Afrob could not keep up with Samy Deluxe:

Afrob and Samy Deluxe aka ASD do Method Man And Redman and form the most powerful tag team in the German-speaking hip hop scene. [...] The necessary variety is provided by the anthem-like "ASD", backed by a wide-screen sample suitable for film, the melancholy "Hey Du (Take Your Time)" reminiscent of Nas' "Mastermind", the D-Flame-influenced family tragedy "Vaterlos" and the smooth "Outro" dominated by singer Brooke Russel. So musically there is nothing to complain about, but when it comes to rapeseed there is a lot going on. […] In contrast to Method Man and Redman, the chemistry between the two protagonists seems unbalanced. The quality differences between Samy Deluxe and its partner Afrob are too great. The Skillz pendulum is clearly leaning in favor of the hamburger and is therefore damaging the whole project. [...] Afrob only shows his old class with the quiet pieces like "Hey Du" or "Vaterlos". Too little to turn the promising approaches into a real classic. Too bad. "
