Berkley is a city in Oakland County in the US state of Michigan . In 2000, the Detroit suburb had a population of 15,531.

Berkley Downtown is located between 12 Mile Road and 11 Mile Road between the Collidge Highway and Greenfield Road. The eastern city limits are formed by Woodward Avenue .
