The US Highway 14 runs through the southwest of the Town of Berry. Wisconsin State Highway 19 runs through the north in a west-east direction . In addition, the County Highways K and P run through the area of the town. All other roads are subordinate country roads or partly unpaved roads.
A railway line of the Wisconsin and Southern Railroad , a regional ( Class II ) freight transport company, runs parallel to US 14 through the southwest of the Town of Berry .
