The Interstate Highways 39 and 90 , which run on a common stretch of road, lead through the southwest of the Town of Christiana. US Highways 12 and 18 run through the northeast on a shared stretch of route . The Wisconsin State Highway 73 runs in a north-south direction through the center of the town. All other roads are subordinate country roads and some unpaved roads.
