The Interstate 94 limits the Town of Deerfield north. US Highways 12 and 18 run through the southwest on a shared stretch of road . The Wisconsin State Highway 73 runs in a north-south direction through the center of the town. All other roads are subordinate country roads and some unpaved roads.
The Glacial Drumlin State Trail, a rail trail for hikers and cyclists, runs through the Town of Deerfield on a former railway line of the Chicago and North Western Railway . In winter, the hiking trail can also be used with snowmobiles.
