Body Language is the ninth studio album by Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue . It was released in November 2003.

Emergence

Kylie Minogue recorded Body Language in the summer of 2003 in London, Ireland and Spain. She worked with various producers and artists, including Emilíana Torrini . For the title of the album, Minogue was inspired by the lyrics "... read my body language" from the song Slow . To mark the release of the album, the singer presented a one-off show in London on November 15, 2003, where only invited guests and winners of tickets raffled across Europe had the opportunity to experience Minogue live. Characteristically, the show was therefore called Money Can't Buy . The recording was released in 2004 as Body Language Live on DVD.

style

For the majority of the pieces on Body Language a departure from the dance sound of the successful previous album Fever is characteristic. The style of the album, with the exception of the preliminary single Slow , is mainly characterized by R-'n'-B influences.
