Bradley Scott Oleson (mostly just Brad Oleson ; born April 11, 1983 in Anchorage , Alaska ) is an American basketball player . His preferred position is that of the shooting guard . He currently plays for FC Barcelona .

Career

Brad Oleson began his career in 2003 at the University of Alaska Fairbanks with the Alaska Nanooks , who were part of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference of the NCAA Div. II play. In 2005 he signed his first professional contract with Dodge City Legend , a team that competes in the United States Basketball League . This season he won the championship with Dodge City and was elected to the all-rookie team. In the summer of 2005 Oleson moved to the LEB2, the third Spanish division, to CB Rosalía de Castro . With these he made it into the second-class LEB in 2007 . His outstanding achievements at Rosalía de Castro made the first division Baloncesto Fuenlabrada aware of Oleson, and so he moved to these in 2008. In the following season he became the main player at Fuenlabrada, scored an average of 18 points per game and was named the best rookie of the year at the end of the championship. In 2009 he moved to the record champions Real Madrid . For this, however, he did not play a game and moved to Caja Laboral Vitoria before the beginning of the following season , where he played until the beginning of 2013.
