Via the Los Angeles Kings , Muir finally got to the Washington Capitals before the 2005/06 season , where he was initially a regular player. After he had not completed a single NHL mission in the 2007/08 season , the Canadian moved to the newly established Continental Hockey League for HK Dinamo Minsk . The defender left the Belarusian club after only six months when he signed a contract with the Frankfurt Lions, who had suffered many defensive injuries in early January 2009, until the end of the season.
