Brydan Klein (born December 31, 1989 in Rockingham , Western Australia ) is a British - Australian tennis player who has been playing for the United Kingdom since May 2013.

Career

In his junior career, Brydan Klein was able to win the individual competition for juniors at the 2007 Australian Open .

Brydan Klein mainly plays on the ATP Challenger Tour and the ITF Future Tour . On the Challenger Tour, he has won once in the individual competition and five times in the doubles competition. He celebrated his only title so far in the individual competition in 2009 at the tournament in Burnie , where he defeated Grega Žemlja 6: 3 and 6: 3 in the final . He celebrated his first double success on July 14, 2012 in Italy, where he won the double competition in San Benedetto alongside Dane Propoggia . In the following weeks he won his second title in the doubles competition. He won the tournament in Recanati , also at the side of Dane Propoggia.

He played his first game on the ATP World Tour in January 2008, where he received a wildcard for the individual competition at the Australian Open . In the first round he met Paul Capdeville , against whom he was clearly defeated in three sets.

In 2009 he played a game for the Australian Davis Cup team for the only time so far and lost this game against the Thai Danai Udomchoke .
