Casabona is an Italian city in the province of Crotone in Calabria with 2494 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).

Location and dates

Casabona is located 31 km northwest of Crotone on the foothills of the Sila Mountains . The neighboring communities are Belvedere di Spinello , Castelsilano , Melissa , Pallagorio , Rocca di Neto , San Nicola dell'Alto , Strongoli and Verzino .

The place is characterized by agriculture. Oil, wine, grain and citrus are produced.
