The Comunità della Paganella ( Italian for community of Paganella ) is a valley community of the autonomous province of Trento . The municipal association has its administrative headquarters in Andalo .

The Paganella valley community is located north-west of Trento in the western part of Trentino. It is confined between the massif of Paganella in the east and the Brenta in the west and extends north and south of the saddle of Andalo ( 1042  m slm ). In the south the Lago di Molveno forms the border to the Outer Judiciary . To the north of Andalo, the valley community extends from the Sporeggio valley to the Noce river , whereby the valley through which the Sporeggio flows already belongs geographically to the Val di Non . In the northeast, the valley community with the glacier terrace of Fai della Paganella above the Adige Valley borders on the Piana Rotaliana below , while in the southeast it borders on the Paganella massif, which is already part of the Valle di Laghi valley community . The Cima Brenta with 3157  m slm in the Brenta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, forms the highest point in the valley community, while the lowest is on the Noce with around 270  m slm . The valley community has a total area of ​​97.85 km².

Protected areas

There are five Natura 2000 protected areas and parts of the Adamello-Brenta Nature Park in the Paganella Valley Community .
