Denzelmühle was a district of the Wilhermsdorf market in the central Franconian district of Fürth . After 1950 the Denzelmühle was part of the Wilhermsdorf district.

geography

The former wasteland lies on the Mühlbach, a right tributary of the Zenn . The Denzelberg is a section of the district road FÜ 18 , which runs through Wilhermsdorf.

history

The place was first mentioned in 1367 as Bubenmühle when Eberhard von Wilhermsdorf sold it to the Heilsbronn Monastery for 150 Heller .

As part of the community edict, Denzelmühle was assigned to the Wilhermsdorf tax district formed in 1811 and to the Wilhermsdorf rural community in 1813 .

The place has been predominantly Evangelical-Lutheran since the Reformation. The residents of the Evangelical Lutheran denomination are parish to St. Martin and Maria (Wilhermsdorf) , the residents of the Roman Catholic denomination to St. Michael (Wilhermsdorf) .
