German Volleyball Bundesliga 2000/01 (women)
The 2000/01 season of the volleyball Bundesliga was the twenty-fifth edition of this competition. The Schwerin SC was able to defend his title from last year and was the fourth time German champions .

Schwerin SC took up the title as defending champion. SCU Emlichheim and Bayern Lohhof came from the second division. At VC Olympia Berlin, the junior national team played “out of competition” because they were excluded from the championship round and the relegation round.
