Reviews

“A turbulent entertainment based on Jules Verne, with numerous high-spirited chases and acts of strength by Jean-Paul Belmondo. The parodic basic tone is only used in moderation, the focus is on tangible fun, which occasionally turns out to be a bit gaudy. "

"Only moderately funny, successful adaptation of a novel by Jules Verne by the French director Philippe de Broca, who cannot build on his earlier comedy successes."
