Dietmanns is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Groß Gerungs in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 35 building areas with 11,425 m² and 12 gardens on 1,500 m² in the cadastral community of Dietmanns , in 1989/1990 there were 34 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 113 and in 2009/2010 there were 65 buildings on 118 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 115 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 45 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 108 hectares and 49 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 100 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 50 hectares. Dietmanns' average soil climate number is 16.4 (as of 2010).
