Heinreichs is a village and a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Groß Gerungs in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 21 building areas with 8,104 m² and 7 gardens on 1,342 m² in the cadastral community of Heinreichs , in 1989/1990 there were 20 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 81 and in 2009/2010 there were 47 buildings on 81 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 113 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 43 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 104 hectares and 47 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 98 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 48 hectares. The average soil climate number of Heinreichs is 16.9 (as of 2010).
