Klein Gundholz is a village and, as Kleingundholz, a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Groß Gerungs in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 17 building areas with 6,062 m² and 5 gardens on 302 m² in the cadastral community of Kleingundholz , in 1989/1990 there were 17 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 46 and in 2009/2010 there were 29 buildings on 49 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 83 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 40 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 78 hectares and 41 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 75 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 42 hectares. The average soil climate number of small groundwood is 17.4 (as of 2010).
