Kotting Nondorf is a locality and as Kottingnondorf a cadastral municipality of the municipality of Groß Gerungs in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 24 building areas with 9,881 m² and 19 gardens on 22,364 m² in the cadastral community of Kottingnondorf , in 1989/1990 there were 23 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 61 and in 2009/2010 there were 39 buildings on 56 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 149 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 69 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 143 hectares and 76 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 134 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 73 hectares. The average soil climate number of Kottingnondorf is 19.9 (as of 2010).
