geography
The parish village on the eastern edge of the Erlanger Alb foreland is one of 13 officially named districts of the Eggolsheim market in Upper Franconia . It is located about six kilometers northeast of the center of Eggolsheim at 335 m above sea level. NHN .
history
Until the beginning of the 19th century, Drgendorf was under the sovereignty of the Bamberg Monastery . The Bamberg Cathedral Chapter exercised territorial or village and community rulership. The high jurisdiction exercised that also bambergische Office Memmelsdorf in his role as cents Office of.
