Ellen Davis Woglom (born April 18, 1987 in Nashville , Tennessee ) is an American actress .

life and career

Ellen Woglom was born in the city of Nashville, Tennessee, USA. She grew up with a biological brother and three step-siblings in various locations across the States, including Vermont , Colorado , New Hampshire, and Massachusetts . During her time in Colorado, she attended Perry Mansfield Performing Arts Camp in Steamboat Springs .

After she settled in Los Angeles , she took on her first acting roles in front of the camera in 2005, initially in CSI: NY , Criminal Minds , OC, California , Cold Case - No Victim Is Ever Forgotten or Ghost Whisperer - Voices from the Beyond . In 2006 she starred as Jessica Dawson in the Disney Channel Original Movie Wendy Wu - The High School Warrior . 2007 followed as Becky a small role in the film 7eventy 5ive . In 2009 she starred as April in the independent film Amok - Columbine School Massacre , which was based on the events of the rampage at Columbine High School . She also took on a supporting role as Chelsea Koons in the series Californication . A supporting role in LA Crash and Outlaw followed in 2010 .

Since then, guest roles have followed in particular in US series, including The Defenders , Suburgatory , Scandal , The Glades , Chicago Fire , Chicago PD , Castle or Doubt , before she was seen as Louise in one of the leading roles in the short-lived Marvel series Marvel's Inhumans in 2017 was.

In her private life she is in a relationship with the British actor Oliver Jackson-Cohen .
