Esino (wine)

Named Esino DOC are Italian white , red and sparkling wines from the provinces of Macerata and Ancona (Region stamps ) sold since 1995 a controlled denomination of origin ( "Denominazione di Origine Controllata" - DOC ) have, most recently on March 7 2014 was updated. The zone covers the entire province of Macerata and certain areas in the province of Ancona .

In 2014, 2,611 hectoliters (hl) DOC wine were produced from 45 hectares of vineyards .
