The Bianchello del Metauro is produced in the types Passito and Spumante (also called "Superiore").

Cultivation

The zone includes the following municipalities in the province of Pesaro and Urbino : Fano , Cartoceto , Saltara , Serrungarina , Montefelcino , Isola del Piano , Fossombrone , Sant'Ippolito , Montemaggiore , San Giorgio di Pesaro , Piagge , San Costanzo , Orciano , Barchi , Fratterosa Serrungarina and part of the municipalities of Urbino and Fermignano .

In 2017, 11,242 hl DOC wine were produced.
