Terre di Offida DOC are Italian sweet and sparkling wines from the communities around the town of Offida in the province of Ascoli Piceno and the province of Fermo , which has had a controlled designation of origin (" Denominazione di origine controllata " - DOC) since 2001 . The Terre di Offida Passerina is produced in the types Passito , Vino Santo and Spumante (sparkling wine). For this at least 85% of the Passerina grape variety must be used.
