Reviews

Bernd Buder from film service saw Evet, I want! the “young genre of German-Turkish ethno-comedy with a little Lubitsch touch (ennobled)”. He also sees “an ambitious episodic concept that Akkuş gets under control with wit and talent for the screwball comedy. In the end, this is less harmless than it sounds, because the faux pas that Akkuş juggles his protagonists to and that they often do not step into are highly political in detail. With a wink of the eye, “Evet, I want!” Tries to wake up the intercultural everyday skills of its target audience. Without even lifting the politically correct index finger once, not only the little luck comes first, but also the social balancing of parallel societal hereditary masses. "

Trailer

In addition to the usual trailer with film excerpts, there is also a trailer version in which Christoph Maria Herbst in his role as Bernd Stromberg advertises his “colleague's” film. Sinan Akkuş appeared as Sinan Turçulu in the Stromberg series.
