Felix Koslowski

Felix Koslowski (born March 18, 1984 in Schwerin ) is a German volleyball coach . He has been coaching Schwerin SC since 2013 and has also been the national coach of the German women's national team since November 9, 2015 .

Career

Felix Koslowski began playing volleyball at home in Schwerin in 1995 , where he was German youth champion five times. He later played for the VolleyTigers Ludwigslust . Koslowski also played in beach volleyball at numerous national tournaments until 2005. Since 2003 he has been an assistant coach at the Bundesliga club Schweriner SC, where he worked with Tore Aleksandersen . With Schwerin Koslowski became German champion and DVV cup winner in 2006 . In 2007 he was German runner-up and again DVV cup winner. In 2008 Koslowski went to Italy and also worked here as an assistant coach in Chieri and, from 2009, for the Champions League winner Volley Bergamo . From 2010 to 2013 Felix Koslowski was the successor to Jean-Pierre Staelens head coach of the Bundesliga team at VfB 91 Suhl . Parallel to his club work, the national coach Giovanni Guidetti brought him to the staff of the German women's national team as an assistant coach in 2006 , with which he became vice European champion at the EM 2011 and EM 2013 .

In 2013 Koslowski was hired by the German champions Schweriner SC to succeed the Dutchman Teun Buijs as head coach. After three years without winning the title, Koslowski won the German championship for the first time in 2017 with the Schwerin women. In October 2017 he won the VBL Supercup against Allianz MTV Stuttgart .

Since November 9, 2015, Koslowski has also been the coach of the German women's national team .
