history

In 1300 the 13th abbot Heinrich of Heilsbronn monastery bought goods in Fetschendorf and the firewood from the brothers Konrad and Heinrich von Elbangen. In 1446 the 22nd Abbot Kötzler bought two more goods there. The place was in the Fraisch district of the Ansbach Oberamt Feuchtwangen . The goods were administered by the Heilsbronn office of Waizendorf, which was converted into the Ansbach administration office of Waizendorf after the secularization of the monastery . In 1732 there were 5 properties with 6 teams (1 courtyard, 1 courtyard with double crew, 2 half-courtyards, 1 estate) and 1 shepherd's house used by the community. The administration of Waizendorf was entitled to rule in the village and community and to rule over all properties. Nothing in these conditions changed until the end of the Old Kingdom (1806). From 1797 to 1808 the place was subordinate to the Justice and Chamber Office Feuchtwangen .

With the community edict (early 19th century), Fetschendorf was assigned to the Wieseth tax district and the Dentlein rural community .
