Filignano is an Italian commune ( comune ) in the province of Isernia in the Molise region and has 610 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019). The municipality is located about 15.5 kilometers west-southwest of Isernia and borders directly on the province of Frosinone at the Abruzzo, Latium and Molise National Park .
