Fire Garden is the fourth studio album by American rock musician Steve Vai . It was released in September 1996 on the Epic Records label .
Trivia
The album was described by Vai in the liner notes with two phases: Phase 1 (tracks 1-9) is fully instrumental, while Phase 2 with Vai sings on all tracks with the exception of Warm Regards . Fire Garden was supposed to be released as a double album , but Vai discovered new CDs that could be released for 80 minutes, so everything was pressed onto one CD.
Vai wrote the song Dyin 'Day with Ozzy Osbourne during the Ozzmosis sessions in 1995. Osbourne wrote the song My Little Man from the Ozzmosis album with Vai.
