The Football Association of Maldives (FAM) (German: Football Association of the Maldives ) is the national football association of the Maldives .

It is under the influence of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and thus the Maldivian State, and is responsible for the control and organization in the field of football. The soccer association organizes the Dhivehi League and other leagues as well as the national cup competition and is responsible for the Maldivian national soccer team .

The FAM was founded in 1982 and joined the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) and the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) in 1986 . The organization is based in the capital of the Maldives, Malé . President is (as of July 2020) Bassam Adeel Jaleel, Vice-President is Ali Umar.
