Franck Esposito (born April 13, 1971 in Salon-de-Provence ) is a former French swimmer .

Career

At the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona he won the bronze medal in the 200 m butterfly. At European Championships he was far more successful over this route and was four times European champion between 1991 and 2002.

Esposito's 200 m butterfly short course world record from 2002 was only beaten in 2013 by South African Chad Le Clos. Overall, he was able to improve this record four times between 1992 and 2002.
