Franck Olivier
Franck Olivier (aka Claude Vangansbeck , * in Thuin ) is a Belgian pop singer and composer .
In addition to his own hits and ballads, which came onto the market from the 1970s, he also composed for Claude François and Lara Fabian .
He took part in the 1985 Eurovision Song Contest with Diane Solomon , Malcolm Roberts , Ireen Sheer , Margo and Chris Roberts for Luxembourg . Despite the large number of participants, the group was only able to achieve 13th place with the trilingual (mostly French, in smaller parts English or German) song Children, Kinder, Enfants .
He moved to Québec in 1989 , where he founded his own music label Trans Euro Music . In 2010 he moved back to Belgium and is still active as a singer.
