Franz Karl Fürer

Franz Karl feet (h) rer (* 9. November 1776 in Elpersheim ; † 1. March 1825 in Cologne ) was a Prussian Police Director and Acting District Administrator of the district Prüm .

Life and origin

After completing his school education, he completed a law degree . First he became a judicial commissioner and judicial officer before he became chief police commissioner in Stuttgart . Subsequently he was police director of the Saardepartement in Trier . In 1815 he became head of the Landwehr company and from 1817 to 1819 he was commissioned administrator of the Prüm district. Most recently he was police director of Düsseldorf , where he was retired.

Fürer was married to Luise, née Schweikard, before 1811.
