The national road 321 ( Chinese  321 国 道 , Pinyin 321 Guódào , English China National Highway 321 ), Chinese abbreviation G321 , is a 2,220 km long highway in southern China , which runs in an east-west direction in the provinces of Guangdong , Guizhou and Sichuan as well as in the Guangxi Autonomous Region . It begins in the metropolis of Guangzhou (Canton) and leads from there via Sihui , Wuzhou and Longsheng to the provincial capital Guiyang . It then runs through Dafang , Naxi and Jianyang to the metropolis of Chengdu .
