The German open Business School (GoBS Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Verwaltung non-profit company mbH, in short: GoBS ) is a state-recognized, private university for economics and administration and was founded in Berlin in 2011 . Target group of the device are professionals .

organization

The foundation is the BildungsCentrum der Wirtschaft foundation . The university is managed by a rectorate , which includes the rector, two vice rectors and the chancellor . The GmbH is represented by the managing director of the foundation. All courses are accredited by FIBAA .

Three-step model

A Bachelor's degree can be obtained at the GoBS in eight semesters . The three-stage model of the GoBS also offers the possibility of obtaining interim degrees beforehand. The first level of the program ends with the associate degree in economics with 14 specializations after four semesters. The second level concludes after the sixth semester with the Diploma in Business Studies , the degree in business administration . The third stage then leads to the Bachelor of Arts degree . The course can be interrupted and continued at a later point in time.
