Ghana Premier League 2015
The Ghana Premier League 2015 ( officially named First Capital Plus Bank Premier League 2014/15 after the name sponsor First Capital Plus Bank ) was the 55th season of the top Ghanaian league in men's football . It opened on January 17, 2015 and ended on September 13, 2015. AshantiGold SC won the championship ahead of Asante Kotoko SC , relegated were Heart of Lions FC , Great Olympics FC and BA United FC . Originally, the season should start in September 2014, the relegated last season King Faisal FC However, a court order prevented the start and finally delayed it by four months.

Because of the use of the ineligible Obed Owusu , the game of the 25th matchday between Hearts of Oak SC and Asante Kotoko SC (1: 2) after an objection with 3: 0 and three points for Hearts of Oak SC, Asante Kotoko were also scored SC deducted another three points. Before the last game day, including this point deduction, a total of eight teams were in danger of relegation: West African Football Academy SC , Heart of Lions FC (both 40 points), Asante Kotoko SC, Sekondi Hasaacas FC , New Edubiase United FC (39 points each), Medeama SC , Bechem United FC (both 38 points) and Great Olympics FC (37 points). In October 2015, the game rating of the game on the 25th matchday was ultimately canceled, the game was rated as a victory for Asante Kotoko SC over Hearts of Oak SC and the three-point deduction withdrawn. As a result, Asante Kotoko SC moved up from sixth to second place (plus six points), while Hearts of Oak SC slipped from fourth to 13th place (minus three points).
