Gillian Margaret Wachsman (born September 19, 1966 in Riverside , Connecticut ) is a former American figure skater .

At the beginning of her career, Wachsman started pair skating with Robert Daw . Together they finished fourth in the national championships in 1983 and 1984. From 1985 she competed with Todd Wagoner . In the same year they were third in the US championships. In 1986 they won the national title. Also in 1986 they finished seventh at the World Figure Skating Championships . In 1987 , Wachsman and Wagoner achieved the same placement, in 1988 they were able to improve to fourth place. Also in 1988 they took part in the Winter Olympics in Calgary . There they finished the pair skating competition in fifth place. Then Wachsman and Wagoner appeared together at various professional ice shows.
