Mark William Militano (born March 28, 1954 in Rockville Center , Long Island , New York ) is a retired American figure skater .
Militano competed in pair skating with his sister Melissa . Together they won the title at US championships in 1973, as well as three silver medals (1970–1972) and a bronze medal (1969). They always placed in the top ten at world championships . It was enough for seventh place at the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo .
After finishing his active career, Militano worked as a trainer and choreographer for figure skaters.
Militano got married twice. Together with his second wife, he runs a company that offers various services in the leisure and competitive area of ice skating.
