Hans-Peter Reinecke (actor)

Hans-Peter Reinecke [sometimes mistakenly Reinicke ] (born May 16, 1941 in Magdeburg , † November 20, 2005 in Berlin ) was a German actor . He belonged to the GDR theater and film actor ensemble and is known from among other things, Spur der Steine and Polizeiruf 110 .

Life

Hans-Peter Reinecke was the son of the actress Charlotte Reinecke and the dramaturge and director Horst Reinecke . He first completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter and then became a puppeteer and stage worker at the theater in Schwerin . There he was discovered for the film in 1959. He then studied at the drama school in Berlin-Schöneweide from 1960 to 1962 , after which he received his first engagement at the miners' theater in Senftenberg . From 1968 he appeared in the Berliner Ensemble up to Zadek's production of Peer Gynt in the 2005 season. In a total of 59 productions he presented a large repertoire of roles at the Berliner Ensemble: Pawel in Die Mutter , Jean Cabet in Die Tage der Commune , Aufidius in Coriolan , Badjin in cement , Wilhelm Voigt in Der Hauptmann von Köpenick . His appearances at the side of Ekkehard Schall will not be forgotten .

In addition to film and theater work, Reinecke also shoots for German television broadcasting , which also records and broadcasts some of his theater appearances. He depicts workers' characters in films of the present day ( trace of the stones ). He shows outstanding character studies, especially in Ulrich Thein's films . Hans-Peter Reinecke died after a long illness on November 20, 2005 in Berlin. His sister Renate von Wangenheim and his half-sister Ruth Reinecke also work as actresses.

In 1986 he was awarded the GDR Art Prize.
