Hecken is a district of the municipality of Hellenthal in the district of Euskirchen , North Rhine-Westphalia .

The district is located near the border with the municipality of Kall . District road 16 leads through the village . Two streams flow on the outskirts , namely the Manscheider Bach to the north and the Hergelbach to the west .

From Hellenthal, the buses of the Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg (VRS) take line 837 to Hecken. There is a music club and an Arab stud in the village.

Hecken originally belonged to the municipality of Wahlen . On July 1, 1969 elections were incorporated into Kall. On January 1, 1972, Hecken was reclassified to Hellenthal along with other localities that previously belonged to the municipality of Wahlen.
