Heike Falkenberg

Heike Falkenberg (born December 5, 1961 in Berlin ) is a German actress , theater director and author .

Life

Heike Falkenberg studied from 1980 to 1984 at the Berlin University of the Arts . She played her first roles at the Schaubühne am Lehniner Platz and at the Schauspiel Köln . From 1985 to 1994 Falkenberg belonged to the ensemble of the Hamburg Thalia Theater in Hamburg. She had further engagements at the Hamburger Schauspielhaus , at the Handel Festival in Halle (Saale), at the Berlin Vaganten stage and at the Theater im Zimmer in Hamburg. Here she played together with Marion Elskis in the world premiere of the play Whiskey and Sugar by Mike Sage.

Falkenberg also works as a theater director and playwright. So far she has created productions at the Hamburg Theater Fleetstreet and the Thalia Theater in Halle, among others . Her stage works include comedies as well as plays for children, for which she has already received several awards.

Since her comrade debut in 1985, Falkenberg has repeatedly taken on tasks in front of the camera and has so far mainly played guest roles in various television series. Occasionally she also works as a radio play speaker.

From 1987 to 2005 Heike Falkenberg was married to her colleague Heikko Deutschmann . The two daughters Klara Deutschmann and Marthe Lola Deutschmann , who both took up their parents' careers, come from this relationship .
