Tern colony on Helen Island

Helen Iceland is about 600 meters long and 20 to 40 m wide island in the north of the island nation of Palau counting Helen riffs . The island is overgrown with palm trees.

There is a permanently manned ranger station on Helen Island. Therefore Helen Reef is counted among the nine inhabited islands of the Republic of Palau.
