Helena Loshanyang Kirop (born September 9, 1976 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .

In 2006 she won the Casablanca Marathon , third in the Ottawa Marathon , second in the Amsterdam Marathon and won the Trecate Half Marathon.

The following year she was sixth in the World's Best 10K , second in the Rotterdam Marathon and third in the Berlin Marathon . In 2008, after finishing sixth in the RAK half marathon , she came in third again in Berlin.

In 2009 she was nominated third in the Dubai and fifth in the Boston Marathon for the World Athletics Championships in Berlin , but did not finish there. A month later, she triumphed in the Portugal half marathon .

In the following season she was third in the Dubai marathon and third in the Stramilano , set a course record in the Prague marathon with 2:25:29 h and won the Nairobi marathon . In 2011 she finished ninth in Dubai, sixth in the Lisbon Half Marathon , third in the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon , second in the Portugal Half Marathon and set course records in the Venice Marathon and Taipei International Marathon . In 2012 she finished third in the Tokyo Marathon .
