Hernádcéce is a municipality in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County in northern Hungary .
Geographical location
Hernádcéce is located 60 km northeast of the Miskolc county seat in the valley of Hernád, which flows west of the village . The border with Slovakia is about 15 km away. Direct neighboring communities are Boldogkőváralja in the southeast and Korlát and Vizsoly in the northeast, the nearest town Encs is 15 km southwest.
